This funeral home is not good at keeping people from getting negligent driving fines and lane violations when proceeding to burials in Forest Park. Fines are as high as $750 for allowing people to hang out windows, not staying near the curb (sidewalk) and about warning people about plates and people being caught on video by the police. They are not worth the investment when so many will get fined. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

These people are vile and only see dollar signs. What kinda mortician has a giant portrait of herself in the waiting area?! Shelia Reid is without a doubt a crooked cruel and cold-hearted greedy leech; Comparable to a mosquito. Read up on this funeral home, the whole administrative team was indicted on fraud charges in the 90s INCLUDING SHELIA REID. Please go elsewhere if you want your loved ones a proper burial.

I just called this place to see if my BROTHER would be buried or cremated... the Man on the phone at 4:32 pm on 8/23/23 said i have to ask next of kin.... i already asked my mother and she doesnt know because the other side of the family PATERNAL side will not communicate, which i told the man on the phone, he told me to hold and said he cant tell me (SISTER) and that i will find out tomorrow at the funeral what happens with my BROTHERS body. DONT BOOK YOUR FUNERAL HERE.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
