Hopper Memorial Home has taken care of us again . I have to give them a 5* for an amazing service for our 13 yr old grand daughter. They treat you like family from the moment you speak to someone in person or on the phone. They listen to everything you say and assist you with every step. Angie and John went above and beyond for our grand daughter, exceeding any expectations that we had in mind. They treat you with respect and dignity from start to finish.

EXCELLENT professional customer service!!!! The deaths of loved ones has hands down been the most difficult & trying times of my life. Without a doubt those times were made much much more bearable with the services of Hooper’s. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to get ANY needs, questions or concerns taken care of. I would be writing all day to list all of the examples of Hooper’s outstanding service, all the ways staff was professional, respectful, prompt, etc. However, a few examples really stand out and illustrate my point. I had a family member that lived in another part of my state pass away while on vacation and our family was dealing with a different funeral home local to them, but we felt like we may possibly be being taken advantage of financially and we reached out to Hooper’s/Ms.Angie with our concerns and knowing we were working with a different funeral home already, and having no possible financial gain, Ms.Angie immediately started making long distance phone calls and gathering information on our behalf, and in doing so she saved our family over $13,000 and made it possible to bring our loved ones remains home versus other less expensive options we were forced to entertain. Hooper’s has on multiple occasions made phone calls to insurance companies, printers, hall rental companies, facilitated meetings with pastors and musical directors and the list goes on of acts Hooper’s staff has done on our behalf that fell outside of services they were to provide. I beyond highly recommend Hooper’s funeral home and everyone of their staff members.
