From the moment Dan answered the phone through the conclusion of our service, everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful and respectful. The funeral was beautiful, and the layout of the funeral home was lovely and we were able to customize the space to make special details to honor my family member. I highly recommend Honan Funeral Home. We worked with Dan, who was so kind and considerate throughout the entire process. We lost my father, and neither myself, my mom or my brother had any experience in planning a cremation and funeral. Dan explained everything to us, and told us exactly what he needed from us, which honestly was very little because he took care of all of it. We didn’t have to worry about doing anything before, during or after the mass on the day of the funeral. We were able to focus on saying goodbye to my dad. So many times, when we asked him about what we needed to do at a certain point, such as setting the date at St. Rose, or collecting cards from flower arrangements so we knew who to thank, he said “we take care of that” and they did. They were so patient and kind, and we all really appreciate what they did for our family at such a difficult time.

Mark didn't miss one detail. They were extremely caring and thought of every last detail. Would highly recommend using them. We felt very comfortable there. Great personnel service.
