My father's funeral was there 6 years ago. No worries, problems or issues. All of my family members have used their services. All went well for them as well. It's tough to loose someone close, making the best of a bad thing is up to the individual not facility. The Thomas's work hard to strive for families to be happy and loved ones to come back if needed. I have entrusted my father, uncles and aunts to them, with no regrets. Some folks can't be pleased either........

Negligent and unprofessional conduct. Do NOT have your loved one's funeral here, it’s already difficult to lay family to rest and I assure you they will only make it more difficult. Facilities were subpar at best. They did not communicate well or follow through well. When we asked simple questions to highlight our concerns and disappointment they did not respond well at all. Customer service is not a high priority.

Negligent, Unprofessional & Unethical conduct. Lack of Compassion & Empathy. Do NOT have your loved one's funeral here. Your worse day will be even more upsetting if you do. Obituary didn't get posted to their website until the day after the services. We are filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & Funeral Consumers Alliance.
