This facility handled the celebration of life services for my grandmother, mother and most recently my father. I was extremely impressed with the level of service, compassion and professionalism displayed by all staff from the transport crew to the owners. There was no hard upselling or pressure to spend more than the basic service that was desired and I felt I was treated the same as a big spender would be. The services were fairly priced and all of my questions were answered with respect and thoughtfulness. If you or a loved one in the area are planning on dying soon this business should be your first choice for arrangements.

I was there for an evening visitation. There were several law enforcement individuals there to do Honor Guard for the deceased. The staff at the funeral home were not accommodating at all in trying to assist these eight individuals with a privacy area to change their clothes and to have an area away full The public to gathers so they could switch off to go do the honor guard duties at the casket. They were rude and not friendly at all. Additionally one of the officers (in full dress uniform) asked a staff member if they had water there and the response was “there is some at the market next door”. Also while the law enforcement individuals were waiting in a small back room where they would trade off duties, a very large planter/tree was delivered for the deceased. The deliver person sat it inside the door as apparently this is the flower delivery area. This was around 4:30pm. The law enforcement individuals immediately went to a staff member and said “there is a delivery of flowers” and the response was “it can stay there”. A while later another staff member entered the room and they said “this is the planter that was delivered”. He said “ok”. They said “can we carry it out there for you?” He rudely replied “that is where it is snd that is where it will stay. When things come late - that’s what happens” and he turned and walked out. The sign on the door said deliveries were until 5pm. This came well before that. I have never witnessed such rude snd unprofessional behavior at such an establishment. I have photos of their sign and photos of the very expensive tree /planter that sat in a corner next to a trash can for several hours during the entire visitation. Just awful!

Jim was super rude and tried to sell us things we didn't want or need for the service. Not a great experience.
