My mother passed away and Hines Rinaldi was in charge of her funeral services. We often did not feel tended to and quite neglected in planning our services. So neglected that the day of my mother funeral they forgot to put on her jewelry (which included her wedding bands) and didn’t do her make up well… the lack of communication and care was quite mind boggling. We had to constantly check in and contact many people just to get basic things done during this already hard time. I wouldn’t recommend this funeral home for any of your loved ones. Very disappointed in the experience my family and I had here.
