At 12:33 am, my father sadly passed away, and the hospital notified Hillcrest Funeral Home as requested. Despite the lateness of the hour, Joe promptly called me an hour later to introducing Justin Grubbs, who would handle all arrangements, making sure every detail was taken care of. Justin never made me feel that this was soley a business transaction. I was treated with such respect and immediately felt like family! Justin went above and beyond in every detail. He truly cared and it showed. I never once felt alone and will honestly say I was family. This always a very sad time when loosing a family member and we tend to forget all we should be doing.
