I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were with my parents. Lois is one of a kind, she made everything so easy during a very difficult time. Thank you for taking care of mom and dad.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. From my personal experience, they were extremely disrespectful, unorganized. We were rushed around like we were a herd of sheep. The day of the burial, they didn’t have the site set up. They showed up a half hour late with the body and they forgot the vault. It was drizzling outside. They didn’t have any tents or seats set up. We had to stand back and watch them put our loved one in the vault, load her onto a machine to be transferred to her grave. I never seen anything like this in my life. When they took the chains the vault, the deceased father started speaking his final words, and the worker interrupted him saying he needed to hurry up. I never in my life have ever experienced so much disrespect from a funeral home. What happened here in this review was not all that was endured. A family should not have to suffer more than they already are during such critical time. There wasn’t even I am sorry we forgot to do this, or I am sorry I forgot to do that. No accountability what so ever! We didn’t even get to properly grieve because we were so angry and in shock from disbelief of what we were dealing with from funeral home directors.

Completely INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!! And they knew about them! All family present received bites and had the nasty critters on their clothes. I am positively disgusted and wish some business entity would shut them down.
