Heritage funeral in Florence took care of my wife when she passed, they were very caring and respectful of my family. My concerns for respect and dignity of my beautiful wife was honored at Heritage. I was grateful for their support during a tough time.

This was the hardest thing my husband and I had to go through. I just want to say how much we appreciate what Jennifer has done for us she is an amazing woman to work with we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Jennifer helped us get a memorial video ready and did an amazing job with the music and pictures. She even rewrote a poem that fit my son in so many ways to put in the memorial hand out cards. Jennifer was there with open arms and a open heart. Jennifer took real good care of our son . I had called her at the last minute to let her know that we were on our way to view our son the day before the service and she said that he wasn't quite ready but she dropped what she was doing and had our son ready before we even got there. She treated us like family. She was there when we had questions or if we just needed someone to talk to or a shoulder to cry on Jennifer was there for us. It has been a month since my son's service and she still reaches out to us to see how we are doing. We couldn't think of a better place or nicer place to work with. I would like to thank Jennifer and everyone at Heritage Florence Funeral Home for making this so mich easier for us.

Heritage was fantastic during a difficult time. They were caring, compassionate and understanding. Most importantly they communicated at every step, and followed up. My family sincerely appreciate it focus and attention to detail.
