They are a loving group of people who all get involved in your needs at a time when we were wrecked with confusion, questions and grief. They had the answers. Alex was accommodating across the board through every step of the process and we never felt rushed or just another customer. That was never part of the process. They made sure I had every question answered and had access to them practically 24/7. My son's remains were processed and handled with love every step of the way. We are from out of state but still have relatives that live in Arizona and we would recommend Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Services to all our remaining relatives. They are unpretentious and don't try to put on a show. They are respectful and accommodating to even some of the more complex requests and never made us feel put out for asking questions. Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center provided us with wonderful service for my father. Their.chapel is adorable and intimate.They were excellent at helping with last minute changes to our music list and they had everything perfectly arranged for his funeral. Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center has been so helpful and caring when you lose a loved one. I have utilized their services for both my dad 9 years ago and then a few weeks ago for my mother. Both times were very similar with regards to wonderful customer service as well as their thoughtfulness during a very difficult time.
