I would recommend Regency Mortuary to everyone I know that needs these services. From the moment we walked in the door they were very kind, compassionate and respectful and professional. They were very timely with all of our needs and concerns. They reached out even after everything was done and over just to check in. They explained all the process we would be needing to do there but also things that we would need elsewhere, such as who we might need to contact with a death event. Regency Mortuary was a perfect place for our needs when we needed their services the most. I lost two of my loved ones a couple of months apart in Q1 of 2024. The first time I met Cheryl was in February. I was already impressed by how she managed to attend to us. She was compassionate, went above and beyond, and replied with kindness and respect to all our queries. One little thing might be overlooked but that made things more smoothly. We had the assurance that our deceased loved ones were also being respected, and cared for. Of course, we should not forget Harold. He was the only staff at the viewing on a Saturday who patiently took care of my family, relatives, friends, and co-workers. There were almost 40 people in the room. This didn’t stop Harold from giving his BEST to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. He even offered them beverages. This mortuary is like a home, like a family, and above all – you will get an exceptional customer experience with them. I heartily recommend their services. Thanks to everyone at Regency Mortuary and those who worked behind the scenes to help us during our difficult times. We will not forget your love and support for us.

I couldn't have placed my dear husband in a better place. They took such good care of him. They also allowed our family to be with him as much as we wanted to be. It made it so much easier for all of us when we knew he was under good care.
