The funeral director and his staff are great at what they do. Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure that we could follow Buddhist traditions, they managed to render the entire experience surprisingly pleasant. They are also doing everything it takes for the paperwork required to transport ashes overseas. A big thank you to the folks at King.

Very friendly, nice balance of knowing when to step in and help grieving families and when to stand back. There is a lot of physical space in a warm environment to allow for comfort. Also, the smart TV was relatively easy to set up and worked properly.

So helpful at a very difficult time. Very patient and helped me through all the steps and decisions. Surprisingly affordable.
