I cannot say enough positive things about Hennessey-Heights Funeral Home. The day I had to make service arrangements for my father was the hardest day of my life but I can honestly say that after meeting with Matt he made me and my family feel a lot more at peace and at ease with the whole process. He made everything simple and clear and him and his entire staff game me a sense of calm each time I met or spoke to them. Matt responded right away any time I had a question and I always felt cared for while working with them through this process.

I cannot recommend Matt and his staff enough. Having to make arrangements for my aunt's memorial service was a daunting task, however, Matt made this entire process easy and straight forward from start to finish. Matt and his staff put so much care and detail into making sure our vision for her memorial service was brought to fruition and our family could not be more grateful to have had them by our side throughout this process.

They did an amazing job when my father suddenly passed away. They are organized and very responsive. You can literally call the funeral home until about 9pm and someone will pick up the phone. Matt and Stephanie did a particularly amazing job by always being there walking me through the process. Matt even hand delivered the death certificates and left them in my mailbox since we needed them fairly quickly. Top notch service, I would definitely recommend this funeral home when you're in need. We originally went with a different funeral home for a day and that turned out to be a nightmare, so we changed and went with Hennessy Heights on a recommendation from a friend.
