This is the sixth funeral I have done or helped with, within the past 5 years. This funeral home at this facility is ridiculous. Wrong pricing was given ultimately.They had to give the person the price quoted We were told because our loved one was a veteran.He's entitled to a flag and they would get it for the spouse. Today I went to pick up our loved Ashes because the spouse is too upset as you can imagine it hasn't been a week yet, To deal with a young girl who was in training and neither of the husband and wife team that runs the funeral home are even there. And was told they didn't have the form to get our loved ones flag.For serving our country, really?You don't have those right there.After we're told we're going to receive one. Never will I use this funeral home and I suggest no one else does either get it together. Get organized, quit screwing up. Get it right, quit leaving a young girl that's in training by herself What is she doing training herself Because you guys aren't there. Shame on both of you!

You could not ask for better services from Hector Patron Funeral Home. Thank you Jim and Sue for your caring ways to make our mother's funeral beautiful! The presentation of the tribute slides were absolutely beautiful as well!!! We also want to thank you in assuring that we had a police escort to the cemetery. God Bless you both!!! The Zeman Family

Mr. & Mrs. Patron were wonderful. They are very caring, kind, helpful and thoughtful people. They made us feel like family and not just a "customer".
