As a wife whose husband passed unexpectedly, it is especially hard to deal with the aftermath. However dealing with Betsy at Heady Hardy was a very comforting and positive situation. She’s a very compassionate and caring representative for HH. This Heady location is definitely one of the nicest, most beautiful and well decorated, comfortable funeral home in Jefferson County. All their staff goes out of their way to make sure you are pleased with their services during the horrific time of giving up your loved one. My family was appreciative of all Betsy did to make the situation we endured more bearable. Thanks Betsy, Lee and all others for being there for us and with us during our time of loss and need.

You staff was awesome. You made everything easy for me when my husband passed away made me feel welcomed and took care of everything. I appreciate it so much everything went smoothly and then afterwards you didn’t forget me you still called to make sure I was OK I would recommend you to anybody. You’re an awesome staff.

He and all the staff stayed until we left and I know that really wasn’t necessary. They took excellent care of me and my family. The service was beautiful. The music was perfect.
