We were lucky that my In-Laws had picked Hays Funeral home years ago when they were planning, because that gave us the opportunity to work with Jeff and Rachel Koopman when my wife's dad passed away recently. Throughout the entire process, Jeff was there to help us put together a memorial service that our dad would have wanted. Jeff exceeded our expectations, and gave us a beautiful service to honor the life of a good man. We are very grateful for the help and support from Hays and couldn't have asked for more.

While many deaths are expected and well prepared for, the situation I faced was totally unexpected. Jeff was very thorough and transparent in our initial meeting. Once we met for finalization, he was more than patient and understanding of our circumstances. He was always quick to respond even after he had completed his services.
