I was impressed with the warmth of the staff, very professional, but not aloof, not just going through the motions. The public areas were nicely decorated and well maintained as was the restroom. The chapel is large with pews giving a feeling of permanency and stability unlike rows of chairs just set up temporarily. Nice when you are being forcefully reminded of the fragility of life.

I lost my daughter unexpectedly in June. I was devastated. I was referred to Hathaway Percy Funeral Home. They were quite new in the area. I just have to say it was a perfect fit for us. Mr Bowman, Amy and Elizabeth were all so kind to us and they bent over backwards to help us. They made having to go thru this experience so much easier. Their prices were very reasonable. The funeral home itself is very nice. The best thing about it is that they concentrate on one family at a time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in their time of need. They are just the kind of people you need in your corner when going thru such a devastating event.

From pre planning years ahead thru follow up days after the service, Hathaway-Percy went above expectations. The process was handled with understanding, care, and sympathy. The staff was very professional and gave you as much time as needed for Q/A, and decision making. When asked for advice they were willing to give it. Several pre planned funeral decisions were changed at the last minute before the funeral/burial, that was not a problem either.
