Harry Peltz and Chad Smith were wonderful. Very professional, but down to earth. They were very easy to communicate with. The staff at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills are beyond caring and understanding! They are professional and kind to a fault. From Jon and Mary Jane who assisted with all of our service needs to Abby, Brooke, and Raven who assisted at the celebration of life I literally cannot say enough to express how relieved and overjoyed we were, which isn't easy to say when a loved one passes away. Jon and Mary Jane took care of every single detail pertaining to my niece's passing, they were always available when we called with questions and followed up with us to make sure that we were ok and knew what we needed to do. The celebration of life that they planned for our family was unlike anything we had ever seen before. The entire facility was decorated in the spirit of my niece - it's like they read our minds and knew her personally. The food that they catered was delicious and Abby, Brooke, and Raven ensured that everyone was taken care of. Our entire family expresses our heartfelt appreciation to the whole staff at Hardage-Giddens Chapel Hills. Thank you for everything you did for our family.

Jon & Chad were both so kind & comforting during this incredibly difficult time for our family. Jon was by my side any time I needed anything & also discreetly off to the side.
