I can't thank Hastings enough for all they did to make my dad’s arrangement perfect. Bob Fox went above and beyond with all he did for me and my family during this difficult time. Thank you so much not only to Hastings but a very special thank you to Bob.

This a review I wish I would’ve have to do however Haisten Funeral & Cremation when above and beyond when my sweet daughter Renese was in their care. At no point did we feel pressured by the staff. They responded to our home quickly and waited patiently until our family was ready to release her into their care (waited on us about 2hrs). Shaun a director was upfront and never pushed any services or keepsakes on us but mainly he let us know we was in control of her home-going service. They were so accommodating from making sure she was ready to be viewed by us (waited for grandparents to come from out of town), making changes to her obituary, to bringing flowers to our home day before her services, to handing out our own keepsakes (butterflies) to people who came to pay respects. The day of the service was absolutely wonderful and the staff were amazing! If you are reading this review it comes at a time of sadness and great loss but if you need people who will care for your love one and your grieving family I would highly recommend Haisten.

A simple thank you does not seem like enough for everything Haisten and Bob Fox did to make a very difficult time a little easier. Bob went above and beyond to make everything perfect. From the special service folders to the memory table he prepared. It was perfect. A very special Thank you to Bob Fox.
