I stopped in Cannon-Cleveland Funeral Directors with my brother seeking a funeral home to help us with making our mother’s final arrangements. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted my Lucinda who immediately made us at ease and walked us thru the process while we waited to meet with the funeral director. From the beginning to the end they took extreme care of us and our mother by making the process simple and straight forward! They also did not at one time try to “up-sell” us on anything, and on the contrary eliminated anything that wasn’t necessary to our particular needs. Not only was we impressed by the customer service, but also the facility as a hold. Cannon-Cleveland Funeral Directors are TOP NOTCH, and I would highly recommend their facility to anyone who may be in need of an exceptional end of life care!!

If I could give 50 stars, I would. Justin and his team at C&C were not only empathetic to my family for losing my mom, but also extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. Losing a parent is not easy and stressful, but Justin and his team went above and beyond to make planning my mom's funeral as stress-free as possible. Everything from coordinating with my church, to embalming, to cooperating with the cemetary where my mom's plot was - Justin made sure everything was handled. I think the most memorable part though was Justin's obituary for my mom. He simply asked "What was your mom like?" and then myself, my wife, my brother and his wife, and our pastor Brady Howard went on for 20+ mins talking about my mom. Justin simply sat and listened, and then a few hours later sent us the most beautiful and honoring obituary I think I've ever read. My family and I will be forever grateful to Justin and the staff at C&C for everything they have done and continue to do for my family.
