The funeral home developed a FaceBook page for the funeral service with the WRONG NAME of the deceased. It was only corrected when the family called to point out the mistake. During the actual funeral service, the funeral home again said the WRONG NAME of the deceased, calling the person Jerry instead of Jeffrey. It was sloppy and unprofessional. But the real kicker was when they gave the BILL to the mother of the deceased during the actual service. Stay away.
