I worked with Ann Bellamy (funeral planning advisor). My husband and I were pre-planning so our family would not have to deal with the burden (mentally, emotionally, or financially) when our physical lives end. I believe as a parent and grandparent it is my responsibility to take care of our final arrangements, and it was nice that the two of us could do this together. Ann was understanding and professional. She offered various options and did not push for us to choose the most expensive. She was kind and she followed up with me to ensure we are pleased with our choice.

I and my wife began our pre-planning with some ideas. Ann helped us navigate the options and make the best choices. She discussed the options from an objective point of view and never tried to push anything or up-sell anything. For veterans, they are well versed in connecting with the National Cemetery and arranging for the graveside service. I appreciated their service.
