The staff at Gregory Martin made the recent homegoing process of my loved one a truly remarkable experience. Their ability to maintain professionalism, compassion, kindness and grace every step of the way was astonishing. Because of this we were able to focus on our grief process and not stress about the details. The highest compliment I could give is He took care of every detail and kept us all fully informed of every step of the way. He and his staff seemed available for us 24/7 and always with a reassuring tone. There aren't enough stars on this review to indicate exactly how we were satisfied with their stellar service. And in the end…… the whole family was in for a huge surprise. On behalf of the family of Eric T. Losing my mom unexpectedly was hard being I am in my 30s and the eldest child. During this time, I was so distraught and it was a breath of fresh air to walk in there with my family and literally look Jermaine in the eye and tell him “i know you got my mom, hook her up” and to be able to grieve with the ability to fully trust such an important moment in my families life. I told him she liked purple and butterflies. And that’s what she got. It was beautiful. The whole thing. When i viewed my mom before everyone- as sad as i was-i was estatic as my mom looked better laying there than she did when she was here. She would have been so happy. The mortician there is an artist. A really fine one to add. All my family talked about is how good she looked. It really soothed us so much that we turned the closed casket into an open one. This box can’t fit all the things i can say…I’m just happy that we connected through this time. I’ll forever recommend this place!
