Goldfinch was extremely professional with helping me with the arrangements for my mom. They made her passing easier to cope with because everything was so organized and the communication was so consistent and quick. Most of all, thank you, Goldfinch for letting me bring my dog in so he could say goodbye to my mom too. That honestly is the Most compassionate and Generous thing. I do not recommend this funeral home, Josh is extremely racist and prejudice of non-white families. Their prices are very expensive. Cremation is better, it's much cheaper. This funeral home is the worst funeral home in south carolina. With p3nding compliant from the national funeral directors association in Wisconsin that governs all funeral homes in the United States. Do not go here.

Sadly, we all deal with death in our lives and looking for a funeral home to take care of your loved one is so important. In January of 2023, my mom passed away unexpectedly. We chose Goldfinch-Beach Chapel and Lynn Sawyer was our funeral director. He was so kind, personable, and attentive. He explained prices and services, and worked with us to plan out a memorial for my mom. He kept in touch with me leading up to the memorial to help me get pictures together and the obituary wrote. Sadly, three months later, my dad was taken from my life in the most tragic way possible. In a time where I was now planning/paying for my dad's funeral on my own, I knew exactly where I wanted my dad to go and who to take care of us....Goldfinch-Beach Chapel and Lynn Sawyer. Lynn called me before our meeting, on his day off, to express his condolences. It put me at such ease to know my dad was in good hands and they were going to take care of him. But not only did Lynn take care of my dad, Lynn was there for me also....and still is. He still calls to check on me from time to time to see how I'm doing. This funeral home and Lynn are just examples of the really good people and businesses that are out there to take care of you and your loved one during the hardest times of our lives.
