I am deeply disturbed by the experience my family had with this funeral home during the removal of my great aunt. At such a sensitive and emotional time, we expected professionalism and compassion.Instead, we received rude and harsh treatment. Atu went as far as to call with threats and spoke in an extremely disrespectful manner. It’s shocking that a business entrusted with handling the deceased would behave this way especially when you pay and pay on-time. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone in need of respectful and compassionate services.

My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly during a family trip down to Myrtle beach. 900 miles from home and with very little resources to our disposal, Chuck was a light during our darkest time. Chuck was patient, compassionate, and beyond helpful during the process of getting my dad back up north to good Ol New Hampshire. We appreciated Chucks caring demeanor and his patience with us as well as his commitment to honoring our last wishes to our dad. I cannot recommend Chuck and this organization enough.
