Jill Davis went beyond her job to make my parents funeral very nice. She really did a wonderful job with the whole thing. I am very happy that it was such a lovely service and a great send off for my parents. She even took pictures of it from start to finish and I really appreciate that. Now I have memories of the day. Glen Abbey Staff helped us through during this very trying time of our lives. Kim, our agent, was the best. She guided us with everything that we needed to do. Marisa was very accommodating with all our concerns and needs. The funeral directors, Paul, Alex and there were two other women who assisted were very thorough with what we needed to do during the wake and funeral. We can’t thank all of them enough!!!!

The most devastating experience a parent will go through is a loss of a child, but from the moment I walked in to the office I felt a sense of comfort, compassion, and trust with Alex and Marissa, the details were calmly explained and handled. I felt as if only I mattered. And all my needs were met. Although all my questions and needs were answered the 1st time I myself couldn’t remember a few details, went back and was given their up most professional time. The most devastating moment in my life so far was handled in such a stress free manner and the end result was beautiful. Thank you Glenn Abby your team in my hearts for ever.
