I wasn’t expecting to need to plan a funeral service , but I’m glad I came across Glascott Funeral Home. I first spoke with James and then met with Jaclyn who guided me from beginning to end. She made herself available whenever I needed to talk and even gave me her cellphone number so I can get in touch with her after hours if I needed anything. She really pours herself into what she’s doing and I really appreciated how easy it was to get my questions answered. The chapel was pretty and the florist she recommend made such beautiful pieces. Everything was clean and I was really satisfied with the service my family received.

From my initial phone call for information, the planning, visitation, to the church where we said our final goodbye to my beloved mother, James, Jaclyn and Pat were professional, respectful and most importantly compassionate. The prayer cards were beautiful and ready in less than 24 hours. Jaclyn ordered flowers with my mother's favorite color as the only information - the arrangement was stunning. They were accessible throughout the entire process and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. The home is lovely.
