I had problems from the time my mother was buried to the time her headstone was completed. Staff is rude & uncaring. We had a graveside service & were only sitting shiva for 2 days since much of my family had flown in from out of town. They neglected to give my sister & myself memorial candles or thank yous. They finally mailed the thank yous out a month later. We used them for the headstone as well. We needed a new bed and inscription only on my mother's half of the stone. I was told it would take 3-4 months. when it was almost 5 months, I started emailing & calling. kept getting tossed around from Victor to Omar to Jay (the supposed manager who was extremely rude!) & then back to Victor & Omar. Then they replaced the existing bed with a new bed that had different wording than the original. After much back & forth first I was told they picked one up to match the adjoining grave. WHY??? Then they told me that they no longer had ones with the wording on the original. Do I believe them?? not exactly, but time was of the essence as my son had flown in from California for the unveiling & I could no longer postpone it. Total time from start to finish was over 6 months. No apologies until I mentioned it. They are not the only game in town. Stay away at all costs!
