I've always heard, "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. " Bereavement is a time that compassion should be shown to ALL that comes to celebrate the life of the love one that has transitioned. It saddens me to know that this company paints the illusion of first class service, with their motto being " Friends you know" and then allows one of their workers to be very rude and disrespectful to the people that they know and have supported them for years. It's even sadder to know that the owner is very well aware of the workers attitude and acts as if it doesn't matter. This is not the first time and from the looks of things, I'm about certain it will happen again, maybe even to you and your family. Believe me when I say, I never wanted it to come to this but I am human and I do have a heart. I refuse to let this man whom does not have a clue of what etiquette is, disrespect me again. I do not have to pay anyone to argue with them, especially when I'm the customer and his job is to give good customer service. If that's the way they treat people that they know, I can only imagine how they would treat someone that they do not know. (What a friend!) I say, if you decide to go there, BEWARE the worker is still there.
