Simply the best experience I have ever had in planning a funeral for someone and burial. In this case it was my dad. Jeremy Parish was our funeral director and he and his team were fantastic. Everyone was very reverent and respectful to my whole family. Special thank you to Matt for helping me and my wife to do the arrangements for my mom and dad and to work within the budget that we gave him. My mother was buried there October 16th 1992. I buy the flower plan through them and they are beautiful vibrant colors and never fade. They also have a service to bring the markets back to new and they r now going to do my mom’s. It’s hard to get flowers without going through the flower plan they serve. Definitely worth every penny. Russell has been a blessing on helping me through the process of the flowers and bringing the marker back to life. My mother chose this place to where she wanted to lay to rest and it’s absolutely beautiful. I love the sections that are divided into sections that are Christian related and the statues and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. A beautiful place to lay your family at peace and the services that they offer above and beyond the call of duty

No one is ever prepared to lose their loved one, especially - as in my case - if he was a truly wonderful and cherished dad. I went to Dignity Memorial as a first stop thinking my dad still had weeks left...and he died the very evening that my mom and I visited the Funeral Home in Smyrna. I do not have adequate language to express how above and beyond Funeral Director Greg Hall went to ensure a seamless, smooth, and very special and personalized service for my beloved dad. We were overwhelmed. We must have called Mr. Greg a dozen times a day. We had particular requests. We needed lots of support with pictures, and personalized music, and design for the funeral. Mr. Greg took every call. Met and exceeded every request. He helped us choose the most exquisite flowers and casket. He arranged for Taps to be played. He helped me to upload all my dad's favorite music to play during the visitation. He himself uploaded hundreds of photos from my dad's lifetime to play during the visitation. He allowed me to come and practice my speech there. He took calls and visits from other relatives with specific requests. He truly in the weeks leading up to the funeral behaved more like family than anything else. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Mr. Hall for all his support and incredible professionalism. The funeral was seamless. It was smooth. The entire team was exceptionally professional and kind. Everything went off without a hitch. Mr. Greg also made all arrangements at my father's burial plot which was at a different location. Everything that needed to be taken care of, Mr. Greg handled to perfection. When you suffer a loss this great, and then have this kind of support, it helps so very much.
