Genesis I would like to say thank you from the Falls family. Y’all were truly amazing and took great care of my entire family, but extra care of my mother. From the time we called and spoke with Ms. Debbie to sitting down with Ms. Ovetta who is truly an amazing person so genuine, sweet, kind, caring, and patient. I could go on and on about how she was by my families side the entire time and the support and encouragement she gave….. I also can’t forget Mr. Daryl and his support and kind words from the viewing to picking us up and dropping us off he was so patient and attentive to all our needs. Genesis is the place to go if you ever have to plan a funeral they will be there with you every step of the way. If you’re looking stop here your in the right place. The owners and staff at Genesis was very professional on their services provided during the loss of my mother and my uncle. I must say job well done. They were great to deal with, treated us like family (loving, caring). I would recommend them to anyone. Also, l was very pleased in how my mother looked, beautiful. We held my mother-in-law’s funeral service at Genesis, and we could not have asked for a better experience. All of the staff is professional and friendly. I want to give a special thank you to Ovetta, Todd, and Kenny. They were all so patient and helpful throughout the entire process which relieved stress off of us. We’re eternally grateful! We recommend this place to anyone in or around the Shelby, NC area who would like to give their loved one a nice home going experience.
