Decisions were made today that extended beyond Cecil’s responsibilities. Why he thinks it is his decision to decide who gets family possessions is beyond me. He placed a precious item belonging to my father into the arms of a criminal and a thief because of some policy he had created deciding who should receive items based on birth order. The extended family of my father was furious with his decision.

I absolutely can not say enough about Cecil and family. Manning especially was a huge help to me to get things done perfectly.
