If I could give this company more stars, I would! First, I want to say, Ms. Parks, made the process easy! She kept us laughing from crying. She understood her job very well. Not only that, but she ensured that all my grandma’s wishes were fulfilled. Ms. Parks took her time and was very observant of details. My mother and I love her. The organist and minister did not miss. Every vocal Note was on point and every word preached was FELT. Although, I didn’t get everyone’s name, the rest of the staff that assisted with our service was very nice and supportive to my family. A huge thanks to Ms. Latanya, the flower arrangements were gorgeous and full. My mother and I were very pleased with our experience. Thank you so much, Gatling’s. I was highly disappointed in the continuous problems that occurred with memorializing my father, however the Gatlings sisters made the effort to come to my mother's house to apologize for the miscommunication. Though I would not recommend based on the issues, I wouldn't dissuade anyone from here either. I suggest that you ensure that everything is clarified in specific writing to ensure all at Gatlings are aware of what's needed.
