Brookins Funeral Home is truly a blessing! I chose them to handle my father after he transitioned on to Heaven. I’m so thankful for not only the high professional services they rendered to my father but also the personal care and concern Brookins gave to me. I’ll forever be thankful to Andrea Brookins, the funeral director. She had a wonderful way of easing all my fears and concerns as this was my first experience of having to bury a love one. Horrible experience. They let a stranger walk in and took their instructions on what to do with my mother in laws body. As a result she was wrongfully embalmed. When we communicated we wanted to take her body elsewhere they wouldn't let us without charging an unreasonable fee. We ended up having to pay for death certificates there since they were already filed. Now we got a call saying they're gonna refund and can no longer issue us the death certificates, further delaying the memorial service of my dear mother in law. Don't take your loved ones here Mr. Brookins is extremely greedy and cold hearted. He is motivated by money. Anyone can have say so on what's done with your loved ones body as long as they swear on a stack of bibles they're gonna pay. Lastly their prices are ridiculous. 2200 for direct cremation vs 700 everywhere else. All their urns and accessories are all amazon stuff they resell for 100-200+ on top of retail price.

The staff at Brookins Funeral home is truly a blessing, the handled my Mom's funeral with immaculate professionalism & care. Every part of my mothers funeral service resonated with dignity and honor. I highly recommend them, and it is my hope and prayer that their business continues to grow, they really have a heart for community service.
