We had an abhorrent experience. If I could have asked for my mother back to go somewhere else, I would have. Experience ranging from saying we shouldn't contact a certain funeral home because "that's a black people funeral home, you don't want to go there" after they left no way of us contacting them and we had to guess who they were, to talking about young people suicide rates increasing and "you'd be surprised at the amount of young people who hang themselves" all while we are grieving the loss of our loved one who passed not even 12 hours earlier. There's so much more to this experience that was horrendous. We will never go here again and I'm saddened and disgusted they had the honor of cremating my mother. Racist, uncouth, horrible, are all words that come to mind when I think about our interaction when giving him my mom's information.

Brad Gallant and his team are kind, calm, knowledgeable, and caring. They delivered first class service in every way to our family during the most difficult time in our lives. The service was perfect and we couldn’t have done it without them. We will never forget their kindness or the way they helped us honor our loved one.

The funeral director gave my personal phone number to a man who called disgruntled saying my mother was buried in his plot. The man called me multiple times wanting my mother's body moved. It was all very upsetting in a time of recent grieving. I find this to be deplorable business behavior.
