They were very easy to work with, especially with it being dealt with at a distance. They explained everything and did not try to oversell us. They were easy to work with to arrange pick up of remains and death certificates.

The last thing I thought I would ever be doing is planning a funeral for my daughter. After her sudden and unexpected death we reached out to Chapel of Memories. They were very supportive and empathetic and made an extremely difficult situation easier for our family during our immense grief. The Chapel is beautiful and the service honored my daughter. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional and compassionate. Every detail was handled without my family having to worry that something might be missed. Chapel of Memories helped make the most terrifible time in my life as smooth as possible.

For what this service is, the experience was great. My father passed and I was not in a good place to have to be doing all the planning and arrangements. Elizabeth was very compassionate, caring, and went above and beyond with my needs. She answered all my questions and repeats of the same questions due to my state of mind with utmost care. There were no surprises and was walked though the entire process. I felt comfortable reaching out with additional questions since I lived out of state and needed help understanding it all. I can't say enough thanks to Elizabeth and Dillon for helping me through this.
