Phone calls were Promptly returned, emails were promptly returned, And all appointments / were on time for our services. It’s never an easy thing to talk about, or to leave a review about a parents passing, but they totally deserve this review . Thank you Brian and your staff for your kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic people to work with. When my beloved husband suddenly passed away at a young age we had no life insurance or preplanning in place. The gentlemen that walked me through the process were amazing. I as a young devastated widow needed someone to gently walk me through the process. I highly recommend this company. I could never possibly repay their act of kindness or compassion. There's never any possible way to thank them enough! STAY SAFE AND STAY LOVED!!!

My experience with funeral alternatives in Lewiston was very sad and disappointing. I was arranging my dads cremation from Florida. I had left my dad to come home and he passed a few days later. After being recommended to me I went with funeral alternatives, the first call getting the paper work emailed to be able to release my dad to them was easy, every attempt to reach them after that was not easy, I was told my dads ashes were mailed and they in fact weren't until a week later. After many attempts to reach Jonathan I had my husband send a email and finally had a response. After receiving my dads ashes I called johnothan again numerous times to make sure he received my payment. 8 months later I get a call that my payment wasn't verified and want proof of payment. If the communication would of been there in the beginning this wouldn't of been a issue. I'm truly disappointed with funeral alternatives. After reviewing them on Facebook they had my review removed. the compassion I feel like a buisness like this should have is NOT there.
