I must say, that through this difficult time for my family and I, Caitlin and Hector went above and beyond to meet our needs. Even at times when we weren’t sure a funeral would be taking place due to circumstances, Caitlin made sure to be sensitive, compassionate and caring to our situation. Doing her very best to assure us that all would work out. At the end, all though hard and painful to bury our loved one, everything turned out to be beautiful. Losing a loved one is difficult. Caitlin of Charles F Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E King, Lancaster really helped our family through a very hard time. We had just lost our mother, Caitlin was helpful and supportive. I cannot thank her enough for her patience, support, kindness and wisdom.The professionalism was outstanding.

They’re great! When we spoke to Justin he listened to our wishes for our dad and helped us through the process. Hector, he was very helpful as well. I cannot say anything wrong about them. They were really great. We sent our dad to PR and they did an excellent job!
