I highly recommend Frankie Smith funeral home because of the care and compassion my family has received during this difficult time . From being to end. I wanted to take the time to say Thank you, and how much my family appreciate the care from helping with the arrangements, or helping with getting grandma . I say working different field you want to give the service that you would give to your own family, Frankie Smiths did just that and went way above any expectations we have had . It takes special people to do this kind of work and to do it as well as they do . They pay attention to even the smallest attention details . I have nothing but positive things to say about everything . Thank you for helping us honor my grandpas life !

Dated and all around below average Lewis Capaldi’s Before You Go was playing so loudly from the office, I could hear it plain as day as I said goodbye to my grandma for the last time. Definitely not professional or comforting for the office girls to be so inconsiderate while two showings were taking place. Of course the infant and grandma didn’t pass this way, but like I said, not comforting or professional. The interior decor is very dated, as I’ve been coming to this location for decades and it seems to be the same as when I was in elementary school.

I just want to take a moment to thank Eric and the entire staff at Frank E. Smith funeral home. Eric was so friendly and helpful as we made funeral plans for my Dad the day after his passing, he was compassionate and walked us through every detail. He was up front with pricing and showed us the cheapest priced caskets up to the most expensive and never once tried to pressure us, he let us take our time and explained everything.
