Absolutely wonderful to work with in such a difficult time, Jayma was wonderful in meeting my wants/needs and communicating with me on regular basis for my hubby. And they came to Monroeville Pa to get him. Highly recommend them!

We took our youngest daughters puppy there his name was Copper he had been hit by a car and his collar was still on him my husband tried to take it off but because our daughter was there who is only 12 was so upset he stop my mother and father suggested we have him cremated and we took him here and this is where they had their dog done, and when we received him today, his collar was burnt with his body in the bottom of their earn box, which was dented and his paw print doesn’t even have his name on it. It says Cooper. So I called the facility and they told me that once a body leaves their facility to get cremated. It’s out of their hands and there.and there was nothing they could do ! Talk about a sad little girl and very disappointed Mom

I highly recommend Arner-Funeral home. Though I had my dog cremated it was a wonderful experience. The care and understanding was absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate everything. My champ came back home sooner than expected. Im happy to have my champ champ back home and I’m more at ease. Thank you for everything
