Marnie and Jason walked me through every step of the way. They were patient with all of my phone calls and questions. They gave me great comfort in my time of need. The Life Story table their team created reflected all of my loving wife's hobbies and passions. It was breathtaking and everyone that came, commented on it. The staff that help for the service were attentive and they even arranged for refreshments during the visitation. I cannot praise Forest Lawn enough. Marnie worked with us from day 1and answered all of our many questions and made sure every last detail was taken care of. With the help of her amazing staff (Ron, Karen, and Alina), we were kept up to date on everything throughout the whole process. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Not even a hurricane could stop them. They were on generator power, due to the storm and the generator went out on them just 1 hour before the service. They had another generator as well as fuel there within 40 minutes, on a Saturday, 2 days after a major hurricane. They made a display at the front of our room made up with things from my wife to tell about her life that was absolutely gorgeous. It looked like my wife had set it up herself. They made the most difficult day of my life as comforting and special as it could have possibly been. And for that, I am eternally grateful!!!

Forest Lawn handled funerals for my parents and brother back in the 80s and 90s. I turned to them again recently, at the unexpected passing of my sister. Marnie was so helpful to me and my nephew, when we visited the day after her death. Marnie helped us with our selections and decisions in a professional and supportive way. Even though she was out of the office the following week, she continued to stay in touch with us to insure everything was taken care of. She even called after the service to see how everything went. It is so important to have compassionate care, at times when your heart is breaking. Our family will be forever grateful to Marnie and Forest Lawn.
