HORRIBLE!!! My mom passed 2021 and was buried next to my day. They have her feet at his head and when I tried to contact them it took forever to get anyone to answer the phone and they would take a message and no one would call back. I kept calling with no results that I finally searched for the parent company Stonemor and sent them an email, they referred me to Isiah May who finally contacted me and I explain that my mom and dad should be head to head and he pretended that I didn't know what I was talking about and I sent him pictures. i don't live in Memphis so I went to Memphis to meet with him and he first said it was the funeral home fault and to contact them and I said no, the person from the Funeral Home did not show up to show where my mom should be. I continued to email and Mr. May stop responding and I heard nothing else from Forest Hill. I would never use them, the vase is always broken off the headstone and they half glue it and it never lasts. My cousin headstone was halfway in the ground and I had to complain to get it corrected. Just awful!!

Staff were helpful, or at least tried to be, but the location they gave for the grave we were seeking was wrong. Later I found a photo of the same grave on the Internet in the location that I had thought it was in. But we wasted time being misdirected and never found it. It appears that staff park routinely in handicapped spots, which is inconvenient for visitors who require those parking spots.

My daddy died a year ago! Haven’t seen a marker. When we went to where they were going to bury him they told us to leave!! They don’t know where my dad is. Harold Stark! I’m so furious and will get a attorney!!!! I called 3 times today!!!!! No one called me back! I think they didn’t bury him. I’m so scared and I have read about things like this!!!!! If no call from them by May 17, 2024 calling Attorney!
