Seeing as this was the first time I've made funeral arrangements, his detailed guidance, professionalism, and helpful tips were invaluable. It was such a blessing to have him handling things and it put my family's mind at ease to know everything was being taken care of so diligently while we were grieving. Even the staff who came to retrieve the body were very respectful and considerate during the removal. All paperwork was filed promptly, he kept me up to date on each stage of the cremation no matter the time or day, and he was so accommodating when it came time to meet him in person. On top of the wonderful communication, he also sent me home with a lovely hand-written card and quote book upon picking up the remains which meant a great deal to my family and demonstrates the level of care you're given. When the unfortunate time comes where I will be making arrangements for other elderly family members, I will absolutely be entrusting Michael once again.
