My relationship with Floral Hills was excellent. Michael Franks helped me, and made it a seamless experience. I never felt pressured to do anything past what our wishes were, nevertheless he covered everything he needed to and offered options. I didn't know where to start after losing my husband, but Mr. Franks walked me through it in the most professional way, and I felt secure and cared for. I highly recommend!

My mother , Virginia Wright, passed suddenly on June 6th. Funeral Director, Jessica Biggs, was my first contact with Floral Hills immediately following her passing. Jessica was amazing. Her care and compassion made an extremely difficult time more bearable. She explained every detail and assisted with each decision we made. Jessica was patient and kind. I had no idea what to expect or where to begin. She walked us through every step and never hesitated to answer our questions or accommodate our requests. She is truly an asset to Floral Hills.

We went to Floral Hills to pre arrange final arrangements for my husband and me. We had been putting off doing this for a while as this isn't something particularly pleasant to contemplate.
