There was no sound in the overflow room for the first five minutes of the service. Once the audio was restored the volume was kept so low that it was nearly impossible to hear. They keep the camera in the very back of the main room and broadcast it onto a small TV in the corner of another room. Even if you were lucky to get a spot close to the TV, you couldn't see well because the camera was so far back in the main room. If you're going to stream it, why put the camera so far away? Just don't bother at that point. To make matters worse, for several minutes, someone in the main room was standing directly in front of the camera, but staff did nothing to let the person know her face was covering the screen and people were laughing at her. You basically could neither see nor hear the service. And, the woman in the main room was totally mortified. It was a disappointing experience. Would absolutely not recommend.

They were very patient and helpful during the process in making the arrangements. The day of the showing, they were there but stayed in the background, incase we needed them. It was kind of Caitlin to reach out with information I may need for future reference. I highly recommend Falconer Buchanan in Zionsville.
