The staff here were absolutely amazing! They were courteous, epethetic, and a pleasure to talk to. Ryan and his staff were so helpful, they answered all of my questions, walked me through additional options that we could choose from and explained each step that was needed to make my mom's arrangements. When we were deciding things during our first meeting they didn't rush us, or make us feel like we were taking too much time, they allowed us time to cry, talk things through, and come to a decision. We had to do the funeral kind of rushed as my brother was only in town for a short time, and they were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for the service on such short notice. The day of the service was absolutely beautiful, they had the service area done up in her favorite colors, our memorial video playing with the Spotify playlist my brother and I made for our mom. She would have LOVED it. I can't express how appreciative I am for Finley sunset hills staff and their amazing customer service. Thank you for the amazing g work you guys do. You made my mom's passing at little bit easier.

Can't say enough good things about how professional, caring and thoughtful the people are at First Memorial. I also can't stress enough the importance of pre-arrange your funeral. Because my parents did this, the process was smooth and we knew that we honoured my mother's wishes. It gave us immeasurable peace of mind at a difficult time.
