To each their own. However MY experience with Felipe bagues was great from start to finish. My dad passed away last year and we had originally selected a different mortuary but they were too expensive and rude so we called Felipe bagues and explained to them how we felt and were wondering if we could get my father moved with them. They gladly arranged a pick up time for him and were extremely supportive and helpful. They did not have any hidden fees and were very organized and sweet. The young lady that helped us was Cristina. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Felipe Bagues Mortuary. The process and arrangement was easy in itself, but I was blown away when the hearse arrived. The driver was actually Felipe (this is a family owned business). He was not only compassionate and understanding, he was patient and kind. He waited as long as we needed, was there for the service, and participated in every way he could to assist with the actual burial. This was my first funeral so I didnt really know what to expect. My mothers passing has been very difficult on us all. Felipe Bagues Mortuary was paramount in making the process as easy as it could be, given the circumstances. Felipe was a major and vital part of the service itself, and I could not imagine it without him. Thank you all so much for everything that you have done for our family.
