When my husband and I arrived at the funeral home, we were greeted by a planning advisor. Karen was so friendly and welcoming to us and made us feel comfortable. She had all of the documents ready for us to look over and review and to determine which goods and services would meet our needs. She was so patient with us as we reviewed several packages and asked a lot of questions, to which she had all of the answers. We are so thankful for her expertise in making sure we planned and have everything paid for before our death. I’m sure our children will be forever grateful we made these hard decisions.
