If I could give zero I would. My daughter ended up in your facility. You all gave wrong information and horrible treatment of myself and my family. I’m sorry you couldn’t bank off of the loss of a 27 year old mother born in another state where her family and friends are. You could not even get the date of her arrival correct. The director didn’t even want to speak to us she just kept passing us off. Unprofessional and to this day, other than transport I have no idea what we paid for. She was prepped and dressed here.

Although I did not pay for services from Bell Tower, I wanted to come on here and report how wonderful this business is. I was with my mother-in-law from beginning to the end with the business side of planning for my father-in-law's funeral arrangements. I saw the gentleman who picked him up from the hospice when he passed, and interacted with 2 funeral planners there in the offices. With my recent passing of my father-in-law, I was so pleased with how the coordination of the services went and how well they aimed to take care of my mother-in-law throughout the entire process. The amenities of this place are great and I highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and family are very disappointed in the handling of the cremation of her father. We were told the process would take up to 2 weeks. It took 2 days much to our surprise, picked up the ashes and halfway home they found that it wasn't the correct ashes and had to return to exchange them!!! Really??? Bell Tower, you had one job to do!! And clearly it was not on how you are providing lasting memories. People rely on your services during their time of need 🙄 do we have the correct ashes now?? Or??
