The sudden loss of my daughter was a shock and trying to make arrangements was more than I could manage. Anna was my first phone call and she felt like my sister! Her professional handling of the most minute details guided me with love and support. The staff arranged the room with a beautiful display of Chandra’s life and it looked awesome. Appreciated by all who came to pay their respects. This is the second time in four years I’ve had to place that call to Elton Black and Anna was there to guide us through the death of my husband. The overall experience was of hast. The look and character of my loved one was all wrong. The hair style was wrong, even after they tried to correct it. The complexion was awful, it just did not look right. Then having to pay extra fees for burial. The feeling was that it was more of an inconvenience to Elton Black staff than a pleasure to address any of our concerns.
